Refund policy

Returns or Exchanges

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the items within 14 calendar days of receipt of the items. Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, or as merchandise credit. Items must be returned in their original condition (unworn, unwashed, unaltered). Otherwise, the return cannot be accepted.

If you need to exchange or return an item for any reason, contact us at Support@tatapparel.com with your Order Number. We will send you via e-mail, a free United States Postal Service, prepaid PRIORITY MAIL return shipping label. In order to process your exchange or refund, you must use this label. 

Note: Please, do not send your purchase back to the fulfillment facility. 

Refunds
Once your return items are received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt. If all of our return requirements have been met, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our fulfillment facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.
